Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • There is a size issue

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at dodosfinds@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (in case of damaged/defective items)

Return shipping address:
The return address will be the same as mentioned on the package label you received.

If your return is accepted:

  • We will provide instructions on how to proceed
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will review the issue and resolve it accordingly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the correct item is to:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Once approved, use your store credit to place a new order

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds (Store Credit Only)

  • We do not offer refunds to the original payment method
  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only
  • Store credit can be used for future purchases

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if it has been approved.

Important Notes

  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted
  • Items that do not meet the return conditions will be rejected
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
